However, nowadays you are equally likely to encounter baffles in loudspeakers. These are the covers on their fronts that support tweeters, woofers and sub-woofers. Attic baffles, on the other hand help circulate fresh air through roof space. Because you may not be able to this naturally, unless you have dormer windows set into the slope. Roofers fit vents in soffits on the underside of eaves to encourage fresh air to enter.

However, we still need a way to circulate the air to the four corners of the attic. Because of we don’t churn the air around we could face an accumulation of moisture. And that could lead to mold, and even deterioration of ceilings and roof timbers.
