We can usually give you a rough idea of the cost of some common work, like eavsetrough replacement and repairs, over the phone. In cases of larger projects, we will schedule an on site visit to discuss your options and take measurements.Is there a cost to prepare an estimate?Estimates to repairs and renovations are provided free of charge. We can sometimes quote repairs over the phone, if you can send us some photos. We will have to physically inspect properties before we can prepare an estimate for renovations.What does the quote include?In most cases, the quote includes all material and labour. We always communicate clearly what is and is not included, and there's never any hidden costs.Do you use written contracts?Yes, good contracts outline the rights and duties of all parties and allocate the risk between the parties. For smaller service work, we will at the very least insist upon written communication outlining the scope of work, price, etc.What if there's an accident or damage on my property?We carry $2M liability insurance so there's no need to worry about unexpected surprises.Do you work year round?Yes, we work all year with exception due to extreme weather. How do you ensure a consistent level of quality?We hire and train only qualified installers who exemplify commitment to quality workmanship. Our internal processes and systems ensure the results are always consistent in terms of quality and delivery.Can you measure my house without my presence?If you're unable to meet us during the day, we can stop by and take photos and measurements with you on site. However, it's always preferable to meet to we can address any potential issues we find.How long does it take to replace my siding?A typical project requires approximately a week to complete, and may take up to several weeks for larger or complex projects.
